What's up with the Chemtrails?


I can predict the weather by chemtrails. Over a week or two they mix different chemicals through spraying and then the clouds form and it rains,,(Because we don't get rain anymore) It's true that Evergreen who contracts for the US govt is spraying chemtrails so it's not 130 degrees right now in Pueblo Co, Some denial or stupidity on Trump's part about global warming, Manmade or otherwise it exists? {Probably some of it manmade), But the earth has shifted on its axis,, a lot,, and trust me if they didn't spray these chemtrails we probably would have burned up by now! Am I a supporter of,, Hell no because we know they are also population control, They also use chemtrails to accomplish almost anything depending on their agenda. Just spray the appropriate chemicals like a prescription,, for death.
